During the months of December 22 to February 23, Haral & Sign Now created a pilot with the Sign Now application that connects a deaf customer, a sign language interpreter and a service provider via video-relay on-demand.
Thanks to the collaboration with the Israeli deaf community and the Harel team, the application was implemented after the pilot at Harel service center.
Today, Harel is the first insurance company in Israel that is accessible to the deaf community through the Sign Now app.
The GUTS team was able to speed up long processes for a short period of time with minimal effort on our part with a higher level of accurate execution. We are grateful to be a part of the GUTS story!
